Terms & Refund Policy

A personalized sidereal Vedic reading from Stacy Baker. Every order includes a written PDF natal-chart report and a private 60-minute 1-on-1 call with Stacy. The PDF is yours to keep for life; the call is private and not recorded.

PDF reports are typically delivered within 1–2 days of payment. During high-demand periods — especially around major transits — delivery may take up to 5–7 business days. We reserve up to 30 days from the date of purchase to fulfill your order in extreme cases, though we always work to get them out much sooner.

Your 60-minute call is scheduled by you through our Calendly link, before payment, at a time that suits you.

Every reading sold on this site is a personalized digital product created specifically for you based on the birth details you provide. Because of this, all sales are final. There are no refunds.

Once your reading has been prepared and delivered — or once your call has taken place — the transaction is complete. You received exactly what you paid for: a personalized reading and a private session based on the details you submitted.

If you provide incorrect birth details — wrong date, wrong time, wrong location — that's on you. There will be no redo and no refund. It's your responsibility to double-check everything you enter before completing your order.

Your reading is built entirely from the information you give us. If the input is wrong, the reading will be based on wrong data, and that is not something we can fix for free.

If Stacy or our team casts the chart from data different than what you submitted, we will redo the reading at no cost. This is a redo, not a refund. Email info@evolvengz.com with your order details and we'll take care of it.

You schedule your 60-minute call via Calendly. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your booked time. No-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute reschedules forfeit the call. The PDF report still stands as delivery of the product and no refund applies.

The 60-minute call is a private, unrecorded conversation between you and Stacy. Bring questions and take notes. The written PDF report is your permanent record of the reading and can be revisited at any time.

When you purchase a reading, you are buying Stacy's personal insights, interpretations, and calculations — his work, his perspective. That is the product.

Whether you agree with the reading, whether it resonates with you, or whether you expected a different outcome does not change what you purchased. Disagreement with the content of your reading is not grounds for a refund, a redo, or a dispute.

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, know this: the policies on this page are clearly established and publicly available. You agreed to them when you completed your purchase.

In most cases, disputes over personalized digital products with a clear no-refund policy do not favor the buyer. If you have a genuine concern, email info@evolvengz.com first and we'll talk it through.

Your personal information — name, date of birth, time of birth, and location — is used solely to cast and interpret your chart. We do not share, sell, or give away your data. Payments are handled securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
